Dear Devotees,

It is with great pleasure that we announce the reopening of the temple from September 12th, 2020.

The HTGT Management has taken necessary steps to re-open the temple as per the CDC guidelines and ensuring the safety of the devotees. We will be re-opening the temple phase by phase:

Monday - Friday : 9.00 AM to 11.00 AM and 6.00 pm to 8.30 PM, Saturdays and Sundays: 9.00 AM to 8.00 PM.

The devotees are requested to strictly follow the below given safety measures.
  1. Temperature check: Screening of the devotees for temperature will be carried out at the entrance. Please co-operate with the Volunteers. Anyone with fever 100° F or above or have cough, shortness of breath should refrain from visiting the temple.
  2. Using the Hand sanitizer/washing hands with soap as per the CDC guidelines.
  3. Wearing facial masks before entering the temple is mandatory. Devotees are requested to wear it all the time while inside the temple.  Devotees without the masks will not be allowed to enter the temple.
  4. Only 15 devotees can enter the temple at a time and their time to spend inside worshiping is limited to 10 minutes. Please wait for your turn and we seek co-operation from everyone during this challenging time.
  5. Devotees are requested to maintain the safe social distancing of 6 ft. apart and follow the markings.
  6. Please do not touch any temple belongings while you are inside the temple. We have set up barricades throughout the temple. Please stay behind the barricades.
  7. Devotees are requested to refrain from bringing any items to the temple including flowers and fruits. Instead please consider donating to the temple.
  8. Devotees who have travelled to hotspots or showing fever like symptoms are requested to refrain from visiting the temple.
  9. Priests will perform Archana and Car Poojas. Need to call and book for Car Poojas.
  10. No Prasadams, Theertham,  Vibhuti and Kumkum will be offered.
  11. HTGT priests are available for outside poojas, only in Tulsa metro area. If you want to book for private poojas at the temple, please call 918 438 3850 for bookings. No walk ins allowed on weekdays.
  12. Parents are requested to control kids from running around and touching temple belongings.
  13. Temple Priests will remain in the Podium and devotees are requested to maintain social distancing.
  14. Devotees can put priests Dakshina in the baskets with their name. Please do not give anything to Priests in their hands.
  15. Socializing not allowed inside the temple.
We will be opening only one door (the old entrance next to the dining hall). Devotees are requested to wash their hands with soap and water. We will also be setting up sanitizer booths throughout. You are requested to remove your sandals outside.
You are entering the temple premises voluntarily, aware of the risks of infections. You are responsible for your health. Please make sure to keep yourself and others safe by following these guidelines.  We highly appreciate your co-operation.

  • Please maintain silence in the main temple hall.
  • Please refrain from private conversations and gossip during service to God.
  • Devotees shall follow proper  dress code. Please avoid shorts and tank tops.
  • Please do not eat Prasad in the main temple hall.
  • Please ensure that children do not run around in the main temple hall.
  • Please remove foot wear and stack them at designated areas.
  • Please abstain from bringing food items with onion or garlic to the temple, adherence to vegetarian food is strictly enforced.
  • Please do not use items in the temple kitchen as they are not for public use.
  • Please help keep the restrooms clean.
  • Please volunteer to help the temple in any activity.
  • Please do not touch idols; only the priest and his designated helpers are allowed on the dais.
  • Please enter the temple through the designated entrance only.
  • Please do not put posters or announcements at the bulletin board without prior permission from HTGT office management.
  • Photography and videography is allowed, but you need to take prior permission from HTGT office management.
